   Sign the Letter of Authorization (LOA) to allow us to monitor rates and switch you to better plans when they become available. You stay in control—no surprise changes.

Smart Enroll works with suppliers certified by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PA PUC). You can cancel monitoring anytime at no charge. If you cancel a supplier contract early, that supplier's early termination fee (if any) applies.
