Yes. As of May 2026, new residential customers can switch to any APGE plan within 60 days of their enrollment date. To use the guarantee, call APGE customer service before the 60-day window expires. The guarantee covers switching between APGE plans; it does not waive the early termination fee if you switch to a different provider.
