The company's name comes from their original three service territories—Texas, Pennsylvania, and New York—though Texas has become their primary market. TriEagle's plan selection is intentionally limited. You'll find fixed-rate plans in standard terms (12-24 months) and a 100% renewable option for environmentally-minded customers. Fixed Rate Plans: Straightforward locked rates without complex usage tiers or bill credits. The rate at 500 kWh is usually close to the rate at 2000 kWh. 100% Green Energy: Renewable plans available at a modest premium over standard rates. The $125 early termination fee sits in the middle of the pack—lower than Discount Power's $150-295 range, higher than Frontier's $100. Their "Tri Us" 60-day guarantee is genuinely useful: you can switch to another provider within 60 days without paying the ETF. That's more generous than most satisfaction guarantees, which only let you switch to a different plan with the same company.
